The Drive Safely Work Week™ campaign materials have been designed for ease of use from a planning perspective. You'll find meaningful activities that reinforce the program's safe-driving messages yet won't take significant time away from the work day. Everything is electronic, designed for distribution with ease and requires minimal printing.
CAMPAIGN LAUNCH LETTER
We've provided a campaign launch letter template you can use as-is, or customize with your own message. Consider distributing the launch letter the week prior to your DSWW campaign.
You'll find materials targeted to the "campaign manager" for each day of DSWW that include an employee engagement plan for things to do during the week as well as ideas for long-term program planning. Here, too, you will find the turn-key materials designed for distribution to employees including daily topic information sheets, PowerPoint presentations and more.
Under the graphics tab, you'll find files of the campaign poster in various sizes. We took care to produce a poster that can be displayed throughout the year to reinforce the safe driving messages of the campaign week. You'll also find web banners and graphics for your Internet or Intranet site, and images you can use for social media.
