DeWayne has 25 years of Transportation Management, Safety/Compliance experience. He began his career in 1990 at Federal Express Corporation working in a variety of roles including Ramp/Aircraft Safety and Field Operations Senior Management.

DeWayne’s transportation career continued in 2005 as VP of Logistics Services with Amerifleet Transportation where he led his team in the areas of logistics, driver recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, risk management, and DOT compliance.

His transportation career expanded on 2010 as Branch Manager at Trimac Transportation, one of the largest bulk hauling companies in North American.

DeWayne continues to develop and promote safe and efficient operations of driver fleets and company operations in his current role at ACERTUS as Manager of Driver Services. DeWayne and his team manage the daily operation of Driver Recruiting, Safety, Training, and Support.

As a Dedicated Safety Leader for ACERTUS, he continues to promote a companywide Safety Culture through implementation of safety policies and programs for all drivers, managers, leaders, employees, and associates of ACERTUS.

DeWayne lives in West Georgia and enjoys spending time with family on their farm. He is an avid sports fan is and enjoys a round of golf or a day of fishing.
