Joanna Cornell

Joanna Cornell is a Global Fleet Safety Director at UPS with over 15 years’ experience in Health and Safety. In this role, she leads Fleet Safety strategies to ensure compliance regulations globally, sets fleet safety policy and improvement initiatives to mitigate risk. Joanna has worked at UPS for 23 years and has held positions in operations, HR and safety.

Joanna received her degree in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in safety.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She is also a health coach, helping others implement lifestyle changes to improve their overall health.
