Gregg Slintak is Consolidated Edison Company of New York’s Director of Safety, Health, and Data Analytics.  Con Edison is the provider of electric, gas, and steam energy for New York City and surrounding metropolitan areas, supporting 10 million people in their daily activities.  Gregg has been with Con Edison in various safety and operating capacities for 28 years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in environmental science from Rutgers University with dual concentrations in industrial hygiene, and radiation / nuclear science. He maintains professional credentialing as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). Gregg is a past chair of the Edison Electric Institute’s (EEI) occupational safety and health committee.  He also chaired the Construction Industry Institute (CII) research team that investigated precursors as a means to prevent high impact low frequency events.  Gregg has also completed professional courses of study in electrical and transmission system engineering.
