Calling all NETS Members! Are you interested in speaking* at NETS Annual Strength IN Numbers Fleet Safety Benchmark Conference?

We’re in the process of creating the program for this year’s Strength IN Numbers Fleet Safety Benchmark Conference. We are putting out a call for presentations to NETS Members interested in presenting.

  • Do you have a fleet safety program best practice you would like to share?
  • Would you like to present on the latest technology you’ve implemented in your fleet and how it has impacted driver safety?
  • Do you have an outstanding driver training program you feel should be highlighted and shared with conference attendees?

NETS Annual Conference each year brings together Global, Corporate, Government, and Non-profit employers representing a collective global fleet of more than half-a-million vehicles, ~80% passenger vehicles, that travel nearly 11 billion miles annually all focused on road safety. 

*The opportunity to present is reserved for NETS member companies with fleets as opposed to fleet safety vendors with consumer products. Please contact Lynda Morrissey, NETS Operations Manager, at lmorrissey@trafficsafety.org if you are a fleet safety vendor and would like more information about participating as a NETS Sponsor. 

If you consider yourself to be an expert on a particular topic addressing a fleet safety issue, challenge, or best practice, we invite you to submit a proposal to present.

Note: Becoming a speaker at NETS Annual Strength IN Numbers Fleet Safety Benchmark Conference does not preclude payment of registration cost and presenters will still be asked to register at the full registration rate. Submitting a proposal to present does not guarantee a presentation spot. All submissions will be reviewed and submitters will be notified if their presentation was selected. 

Deadline: The submission deadline is July 18, 2025.

Your proposal should include:

• Title of suggested presentation
• Three sentence summary
• Presenter name(s), title(s), and organization(s)
• Presenter(s) contact information

You will receive an email confirmation upon submission of your proposal. In addition, you will be notified once the agenda has been finalized if your presentation proposal has been accepted.
