Leah Scully is a Highway Safety Specialist with the U.S. Department of Transportation, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), in the Office of Impaired Driving and Occupant Protection. She is based in Washington, D.C. and focuses on preventing traffic fatalities and injuries on U.S. roadways, with specific emphasis on seat belt use, distracted driving, drowsy driving and child passenger safety.  

Leah received her Master of Public Health (MPH) from George Mason University and has been a Child Passenger Safety Technician since 2018.
