*General session presentation proposals are open to fleet safety leaders, practitioners, researchers, and subject-matter experts. Fleet safety vendors and solution providers interested in presenting should submit through the Sponsor Presentation Proposal process. If you consider yourself to be an expert on a particular topic addressing a fleet safety issue, challenge, or best practice, we invite you to submit a proposal to present.
Note: Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a presentation spot. All submissions will be reviewed, and submitters will be notified by May 1 if their presentation was selected. Selected presenters will receive complimentary conference registration.
Deadline: The submission deadline is April 1, 2026.
Notification: By May 1, 2026

• Three sentence summary
• Presenter name(s), title(s), and organization(s)
• Presenter(s) contact information
