Call for Presentations: Submit a NETS 2026 Conference Presentation Proposal

Are you interested in speaking* at the 2026 NETS Annual Strength IN Numbers Fleet Safety Benchmark Conference?

The NETS Annual Conference brings together Global, Corporate, Government, and Non-profit employers representing a collective global fleet of more than half-a-million vehicles, ~80% passenger vehicles, that travel nearly 7 billion miles annually.

*General session presentation proposals are open to fleet safety leaders, practitioners, researchers, and subject-matter experts. Fleet safety vendors and solution providers interested in presenting should submit through the Sponsor Presentation Proposal process. Please contact Lynda Morrissey at lmorrissey@trafficsafety.org for more information.

If you consider yourself to be an expert on a particular topic addressing a fleet safety issue, challenge, or best practice, we invite you to submit a proposal to present.

Note: Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a presentation spot. All submissions will be reviewed, and submitters will be notified by May 1 if their presentation was selected. Selected presenters will receive complimentary conference registration.

Deadline: The submission deadline is extended to April 3, 2026.

Notification: By May 1, 2026

• Title of suggested presentation
• Three sentence summary
• Presenter name(s), title(s), and organization(s)
• Presenter(s) contact information

You will receive an email confirmation upon submission of your proposal.
