Chubb’s Jenn Guerrini Installed as NETS Board Chairperson for 2024 and 2025

VIENNA, Va. — The Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS) is pleased to announce the installation of Jenn Guerrini, Vice President, Executive Auto Specialist, Risk Engineering Services, Chubb, as NETS Board Chairperson for 2024 and 2025 following a successful one-year elected term as Board Vice Chairperson. Chubb has been a NETS Board Member since 1998. Guerrini succeeds Gabriel Kardos, Global Director, Office and Road Safety, Johnson & Johnson, who served two years as NETS Chairman of the Board, and who was instrumental in furthering NETS’ global reach through private sector organizations to address international road safety issues and challenges.

“Chubb has a long history with the NETS organization, and I’m deeply honored and thrilled to take on the role of the next Board Chairperson.”

With over 29 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 25 years at Chubb, Guerrini leads Risk Engineering Services activities in North America and global initiatives in support of Chubb Commercial auto underwriting strategies. Guerrini is accountable for the quality of RES Commercial Auto evaluations including the development of standards that are used to assess exposures and controls.

“Jenn Guerrini has shown exemplary leadership during the past year as NETS Vice Chair and will continue to lead NETS’ initiatives and programs as Board Chairperson through Chubb’s on-going support of NETS and our road safety mission,” said Susan Hipp, Executive Director of NETS. “Jenn brings innovative ideas and a wealth of experience to NETS and understands the impact NETS and our private sector members can have on advancing global road safety efforts. I know she will lead NETS efforts in the next couple of years to make road safety an employer priority—one that focuses on all employees, their families and the communities where the employees live and work.”

“Chubb has a long history with the NETS organization, and I’m deeply honored and thrilled to take on the role of the next Board Chairperson,” said Guerrini. “It is the highlight of my career to lead NETS alongside Susan. My commitment lies in leveraging my experience to elevate road safety globally, ensuring fleets operate with the highest levels of safety.”
